Another chapter of Ryuu is here. This chapter is where things start to pick up, and is not so coincidentally the starting point of the OVA series. The awkward sex scenes also go away after this chapter, so don't drop it just yet!
Thanks to Penchan for cleaning, typesetting, and putting up with my constant late changes.

New Project: Naki no Ryuu
Denji here. You may know me as the translator of The
New Kurosawa for FKMTkrazy. Well, I'm here to give the highly neglected
Mahjongkrazy branch even more love, because I've started translating the
hotly-anticipated Naki no Ryuu. The title means "The Crying Dragon," but
it's also a pun, since the word "naki" means "to call a tile" (don't
believe that MAL description that says it means ron, it doesn't).

A big thanks to Penchan for volunteering to clean and typeset the series. He's done a very good job with the horrid public scans that are out there.
A special thanks to my best friend Celysus as well, who was the one that convinced me to start this project. At the beginning of 2014 I started translating things for the first time, and told him that I'd translate anything he wanted. He said Naki no Ryuu, so I dived in. However, I wasn't good enough at the time, and I could barely understand it. I tried going through and revising my scripts on and off for quite a while, slowly correcting things that I had newly learned. Finally, when Penchan contacted me about the project a couple weeks ago, I made a last revision where I finally felt confident that I understood everything.
Anyways, after the jump I'll talk a bit about the story. I don't have much to say, but from time to time I might make some notes.

Tetsuya, chapters 22 and 23, and volume 3 batch.
Hey you damn punks, since Skutieos got sent to the shadow realm, here's the two last chapters of volume 3.
Read the chapters on Batoto here.
Download chapters 22 and 23 here.
And finally, download the entire volume 3 here.
With that, I've finished Volume 3, and I still don't have a stable release schedule, so from now on I'll try to start uploading on either fridays or saturdays.

A revival of MahjongKrazy/Tetsuya, after a few years of nothing.
Good evening, you damn punks.
Remember to check the MahjongKrazy blog every once in a while, or follow Tetsuya on Batoto, I'll be posting chapters whenever I can get a few done.
You can also join MahjongKrazy, if you feel like helping us out in some way. Right now I could use some redrawers more than anything else.
In case you haven't noticed already, I started updating Tetsuya about 3 weeks ago, since Skutieos dissapeared without a trace after winning a deadly match of Mahjong against the Long Dong Zaibatsu's rep player, Juan.
I started translating from where Skutieos left off, volume three, chapter 15, and I've done up to chapter 21.
Translating from Japanese to English was kinda tough, especially since neither are my main languages. I felt like sometimes the dialogue came off as a bit stiff because of that, I hope that's not the case. This is the first thing I've ever translated, so give me your thoughts about the chapters, be it good or bad.

I'll talk about the chapters for a bit down here, so read them first if you don't wanna get spoiled.

Legendary Gambler Tetsuya Season 2
Tired of waiting for new Tetsuya chapters? Want to know what happens after the Anime? Well then join me live this Friday at 21:00 GMT (2:00 PM PST) on http://twitch.tv/sonickrazy and we'll be playing through the second Legendary Gambler Tetsuya video game, which is more or less a second season of the Anime! I've subbed all the cutscenes, and during the gameplay segments we'll be having discussions on how the antagonists are cheating, and if and how Tetsuya will overcome them! What's that? Can't make it? No problem! I'll be putting up the subbed cutscenes as well as recaps from the gameplay segments on my youtube channel! And speaking of which, here's a preview of one of the many animated sequences from the game, with subs available at my youtube account!
UPDATE: The playthrough is now complete, you can see the entire playthrough here, or if you just want to see the cutscenes, that's here. It was a blast recording it and subbing it!

Tetsuya Volume 2 Batch (7-14)
Alright, finally we have a bit of a come back. 4 new chapters, finished off Volume 2. I didn't make individual downloads for them, since I assume everyone just prefers volume batches anyways.

Enjoy. Credits go to Doomroar, David, Crump, and I.
Just for fun, here's a video of me doing the Tsubame Gaeshi, "the epitome of tile techniques."

Update (But no new chapters--yet)
As it is likely you've noticed, there's been no Tetsuya recently. But as I have come upon my summer break, I have quite a bit more time to devote to it. To make up for the lack of chapters recently, I plan to do a batch of the rest of Volume 2 in the coming weeks. Before summer ends I also want to release all of Volume 3, which may either come as a batch or over time with individual chapters, depending on how the pace feels. I may even take out a chunk of Volume 4 in this time. I don't plan to drop Tetsuya.
