Naki no Ryuu Chapter 3

Another chapter of Ryuu is upon us. It looks like Friday may become the de facto day for Ryuu, just because I've coincidentally released a new chapter three Fridays in a row. Penchan is a very prolific editor though, so if I can keep up we may be able to go even faster than weekly.

Obviously, thanks to Penchan for the cleaning, typsetting, and these dope credit pages.

The White Tiger represents the cardinal direction west and the season of autumn. It is known in Japanese as Byakko, and in Chinese as Baihu. Some places where you'll see these four symbols are in the Digimon games and the Shin Megami Tensei series.

Not much to say about this chapter. If you don't know why Murota busted out, it's because of a rule called "Pao" or "sekininbarai" (responsibility payment). When someone calls an open kan and wins by rinshan tsumo, the player that discarded the tile pays for the entire cost of the hand as if it was a ron.

The only other thing I noticed is this guy's face. What the heck is his problem? If we were BigMoneyRustlas, I have no doubt that this picture would've been in the credit page.
